If you ever thought your contour game is strong, you’ve got nothing on these Renaissance-Worthy skills.

Legend has it that it took Leonardo da Vinci about four years to paint the Mona Lisa but in just a couple of hours, MUA Yuya had managed to transform herself into a masterpiece. She did this using foundation, eye shadow and some killer contour skills. In a sped-up video posted on her YouTube channel that has since gone viral, Mika shares with the world the process of turning herself into one of the worlds most recognized works of art.

She starts off her base with foundation then proceeds to use concealer to create shadows, define her cheekbones and chisel her nose. Grey eye shadow is then used on the edges of her lips, chin and eyelids to amp up the da Vinci realness by replicating the shadows in the portrait. The look is completed with a brown wig and that famous side eye.

Honestly, it’s a little freaky how realistic the end result was.

According to The Daily Mail, the transformation happened after her social media followers jokingly challenged her creative ability by asking her to create a life-like Mona Lisa to which she gladly obliged and pulled it off exceptionally well. “Once you see your face as a blank piece of paper, the opportunities are endless,” Yuya wrote alongside the video.

On seeing the response to her transformation, she has continued to push her creative ability and has since transformed herself into Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe.

It’s safe to call her the Optimus prime of the beauty industry alongside Magali Beauvue who does a similar thing. She uses makeup and the highlight and contouring technique for her skillful celebrity transformations.

Note to self: Start taking contouring seriously!
